What We Believe
At Redeemer Lutheran Church, we believe in the Triune God—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—and joyfully hold to the historic, biblical Christian faith as expressed in the Lutheran tradition. Our beliefs can be summarized in three foundational truths: Grace Alone, Faith Alone, Scripture Alone.
Scripture Alone
We believe the Bible is the infallible and complete Word of God. It is the final authority for faith and life, inspired by the Holy Spirit, true and trustworthy.
(2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:20-21)

Grace Alone
God loves the people of the world—even though we are sinners who don’t deserve it. Out of grace alone, He sent Jesus to restore a relationship with us that we could never earn.
(Ephesians 2:4-9)
Faith Alone
We are saved through faith in Christ alone. This faith is a gift from God—not something we can create or earn. It is the means by which we receive forgiveness and eternal life.
(Romans 3:23-24; Galatians 2:16)

Salvation
Jesus Christ is our Savior and Lord. Through faith in Him, we receive forgiveness of sins, eternal life, and salvation.
“We obtain forgiveness and grace only by faith when we believe that we are received into favor for Christ’s sake…”
— Augsburg Confession, Article XX, 9
The Church
The Church is not a building or an event—it’s the people of God. We are a community of believers made alive through Christ, called to worship God and serve our neighbor.
(Ephesians 1:22-23, John 10:10, Acts 1:8)
